A landmark redevelopment project reaches completion in Jūrmala, restoring a historic site with a refined new purpose.

August 13 marks a key milestone – on this day in 1987, the building was first officially commissioned. Originally designed by German architects as the “Liesma” sanatorium, it showcased the most progressive engineering and architectural standards of its era.

In undertaking this project, InCity Capital sought to breathe new life into the building while preserving its unique historical scale – a grand volume that could no longer be replicated under modern Jūrmala planning guidelines.

The dedication of our project team was vital to this achievement. We express our deepest thanks to the architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers for their meticulous care and uncompromised quality throughout every phase.

The fully restored property is now ready to welcome its first residents. We trust that “Jūras skati” will offer a true haven of peace, inspiration, and coastal elegance.
