The development of the SkansteHof project is progressing steadily and in line with the planned schedule. In recent months, several important milestones have been reached, confirming the project’s stable advancement and high quality standards.

During the construction phase, we continue our close cooperation with Merito Partners, one of Latvia’s largest private investment funds – a partnership we highly value. This long-term collaboration, built on mutual trust, proven expertise, and a shared vision, provides a solid financial foundation and ensures a professional approach to project delivery.

In addition, EUR 2.9 million in financing from BluOr Bank has been secured for the implementation of the SkansteHof project. This funding supports the uninterrupted progress of construction and enables the project to be developed in line with the highest quality and sustainability standards.

Construction is already underway, apartment reservations are open, and the project is scheduled for completion in May 2027.
