We are pleased to announce that the technical design of the SkansteHof residential project has been officially approved by the Riga Construction Board. This milestone allows us to proceed with the construction phase in the coming months.

SkansteHof is a contemporary eight-storey residential development located in the prestigious Skanste district of Riga, at 49 Hospitāļu Street. The project includes 33 thoughtfully planned apartments designed to offer comfort, energy efficiency, and sustainable urban living.

The building will feature modern architecture and quality finishes, while the apartment layouts are tailored to meet the needs of various lifestyles – from families to urban professionals.
