We are thrilled to announce a significant achievement in our redevelopment efforts! The ex-sanatoria building “Liesma” has officially transitioned from public to residential planning. In 2022, Incity Capital, along with our partners, purchased this non-performing property to redevelop it into 112 contemporary, sustainable apartments and lofts with thoughtfully designed infrastructure. A highlight of the project is the unique common terrace on the upper floor. Construction will commence soon.
