We are pleased to share one of our projects, an impressive residential building in the prime location of Skolas Street in Riga Center. The development, covering a total area of 4200 m2, will feature 34 meticulously designed apartments, fully fitted with high-end finishes, and two street retail commercial premises.

In order to enhance the capitalization of the project, we did a full redevelopment of the object and sold it to local developers for further development. We are confident in their ability to bring the project to fruition, and we wish them all the best with its ongoing development.
