We are proud to present yet another project we had a pleasure to work on. It is the reconstruction of 90 stunning apartments in Riga’s historic center.

Blaumana Street is a historic and vibrant street located in the heart of Riga. Known for its eclectic mix of architectural styles, trendy cafes, boutique shops, and cultural landmarks, Blaumana Street is a popular destination for locals and tourists alike.

With 62 units sold in shell and core condition and 28 fully refurbished, this project has been a resounding success.

What’s more, we’re proud to have implemented brand new real estate crowdfunding and “group buying” tools, which have ensured that end buyers appreciated a 20-25% ROI.

AS Rietumu Banka as the senior loan provider in the amount of 7.5 mln EUR was successfully repaid in full.
